Stop contact and contact your bank immediately if money has already been sent. Preserve messages, payment details and screenshots.

- Save the advert URL and take screenshots before the content changes or disappears.
- Keep ePuP messages, texts, emails and any other communication with the seller.
- Keep payment references, account details and receipts if money has been requested or transferred.
- Record relevant dates, telephone numbers, names, locations and licence or microchip details.
